Our Lady of Peace is part of the Jewish Hospital & St. Mary’s Healthcare system. We are one of the largest private, not-for-profit psychiatric hospitals in the country. We offer a full continuum of psychiatric treatment including inpatient, partial hospitalization and outpatient services for children, adolescents, adults and seniors.
Our experienced staff is trained to address an array of emotional / behavioral / psychiatric disorders, such as depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, chronic pain, grief and loss, chemical dependencies, etc.
In addition, Our Lady of Peace offers innovative treatment alternatives for children and adolescents with legal charges, violence and aggression, developmental disabilities, brain injuries and related conditions.
Required Experience: This position is responsible for being a clinical resource for nursing units. Working to improve quality of care through identification of education needs, plan for needs, introduce evidence based practice, and evaluate patient outcomes and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for excellence.
This position requires a current and unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, a Masters Degree in Nursing, and at least two years of teaching or instructional experience. At least one year of experience in a lead or supervisory role is also required.
Also required are good computer skills, certification in Basic Life Support, and the ability to complete training in Safe Crisis Management and perform Safe Crisis Management techniques.
