What are the steps in the recruitment process? once you submit your resume
and/or application -- either for particular position(s) or for general
consideration, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt and forward your
information to the appropriate manager(s)/ recruiter(s). If there's a match
between your skills and what we are looking for, you will be contacted within
thirty (30) days. The interview/screening process may include, but is not
limited to, any of the following: telephone interview(s), on-site interview(s),
skills testing and reference/background checks. Those applicants requiring
accommodation to the interview process should contact a representative of The

Dakota, and Wisconsin. We also have offices located throughout these Midwestern
states that are affiliated with our Adult Rehabilitation Centers.
