Our employees receive competitive and equitable compensation and benefits. Towncare employee benefit program goes beyond basic protection, offering a range of plans that can be chosen or selected to meet the different needs of individuals.


Towncare offers Medical, Dental, Basic Life, Basic Accidental Death & Dismemberment, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability benefits. In addition, employees can choose the level of their benefits coverage, including Medical, Life Insurance and other Supplemental Insurances through AFLAC.


Health Insurance
Towncare offers group health insurance through Humana. All regular full-time, employees, their spouses and eligible dependents can enroll. There are four plans to choose from (except West Coast). These plans range in premiums and coverage and are selected to meet the different needs of individuals.


401(k) Plan
Employees can defer a percentage of their pre-tax eligible compensation through the 401(k) program. Towncare contributes 25% up to a maximum of $2,000. Employees are 100% vested after six years of service.


Short-Term Disability
Towncare offers Short-Term Disability through Lincoln Financial. Short-Term Disability provides you with a regular source of income (like a paycheck) if you are unable to work due to a non-work related disabling condition, such as having a baby, becoming seriously ill or having an accident. Benefits begin after you are unable to work for 8 consecutive days for up to 13 weeks.


Long-Term Disability
Towncare offers Long-Term Disability through Lincoln Financial. Long-Term Disability provides you with a regular source of income (like a paycheck) if you are unable to work due to a non-work related disabling condition. Benefits begin after you are unable to work for 90 consecutive calendar days and may last up to age 65.


Towncare Dental Plan
All eligible employees receive dental services at a reduced rate at any of the company's dental offices.
